A national program designed for people with Parkinson's Disease. Rock Steady Boxing is a boxing-inspired program that incorporates balance, strength training, memory games, speech, and most importantly, friendships. Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday , Saturday at 10am, Wednesday evenings at 6pm. as well as Yoga and a Support Group once a month with speakers or "Sharing" our stories, questions and concerns.

Friday Night Fights is a fun night of competition! Here’s how it goes:


1. Register online for class;

2. Download the IMPACTWRAPS app and choose your heavy bag;

3. Each bag is equipped with an Impact Wrap device that calculates the number and intensity of your punches. Your score appears on the leader board next to your Bag # and your “Fight Name”

4. Now the fun begins as you follow the coach’s commands and compete against everyone else on the board!

5. Fight Night Training -  30 minutes of  wrapping up & warming up; 

6. Fight Night competition begins promptly at 6:30pm and goes round after round until the winner is announced. 

Join us for an exciting and exhaustive night of competitive boxing - without the contact!!

Bag Drills 101

Drills,drills,drills!! You want to punch? You want to sweat? Only got 30 minutes? Then this is the class for you! After a brief warm-up, you will work round after round of punching drills on the heavy bag and intermittent pad work from the instructor. This intense, non-stop class works on your speed and building up your anaerobic threshold. And as always, we finish off the class with a blast of hardcore abs work!
